I've got the Firefox Search Status Extension installed, and I checked the box to Highlight all NoFollow links, and there's a HUGE CHUNK of links in that list that come up as NoFollow. In addition, the two comments you have here, logon.ie and sutocu, are also highlighted as NoFollow. Just so you know.

 

Thanks for posting a link to my blog - but do you think you could take make it a "do-follow?"

Also - you'll notice that a big chunk of blogs (mine included) have no-follow tags for commenters that have less than a specified # of comments. This is accomplished by installing Lucia's Linky Love plug-in, and it really helps cut down on the comment spam.

 

Odd that this blogs comments don't follow when you're advertising sites that dofollow. LOL

Please remind your site visitors to not spam these blogs.

Most of use who have do follow blogs do this to reward our regular visitors. I've heard from tons of dofollow bloggers (myself included) who've been spammed time and again by people coming just to get a back link. I can assure you that if you try to leave five comments at once especially if they are lame comments like "nice post" that the comments will be deleted.

So please, if you visit any of these blogs find a post that you connect with and leave a real comment. By real I mean a sentence or two about the post (not about your site and not full of links!). thanks

 

HI thanks for listing me here. Found it through Technorati. You are also correct some only make comments bec. they want to advertise.. i got a lot of them in my blogs but i managed to delete them anyway.
